Did you know that you should be registering your business with Google? If you didn't, that is ok! You are like most people, so Jill wanted to take an episode of Coffee Talk to get you thinking. In a world of technology, it is not that surprising to hear that your online presence is paramount to your new practice's success. But, there is so much changing, so much to learn, so many different information sources, and frankly, it can be overwhelming.
If you want to dip your toe into the waters of the web, here are some helpful tips from Jill to keep you afloat.
-Add pictures to your website and Google Business Page

-Fill in all of the questions on the Google Business Page
-Think about your social media energy; Where are you putting out content, and what audience are you trying to attract?
There are many ways to help your business show up online, but the more focus you can place on your organic ranking, the better. What is organic ranking, you ask? That is how you show up online, without paying for people to see your information. For instance, Google Ad Words can help you show up on the first page of Google, but you have to pay to be there. However, ranking organically on Google means that your website, content, and online presence is done well enough that you show up on the first page of Google for free... Or organically.
